Farah cut from 100/1 to 6/1 to be Sports Personality of the Year

Mo Farah became the first runner since 1990 to do the European distance double when he won the Men's 5,000m on Saturday night adding to the Gold he won in the 10,000m on the opening day of the European Athletics Championships in Barcelona.

He has now been dramatically cut from 100/1 to just 6/1 to win the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Award in December. 

After winning the Women's Heptathlon event in Barcelona, Jessica Ennis has also been cut for the BBC award. She was 66/1 before the European Championships she's now 8/1

Jockey Tony McCoy is still the favourite to win the award at a best priced 9/4 with Ladbrokes.
