King favourite to quit International duty

Monday 9th August 2010

Paddy Power have priced up a market on who will be the next England player to officially announce their retirement from International duty.

Over the weekend Goalkeeper Paul Robinson and defender Wes Brown both decided to quit International football after both players were picked by Fabio Capello to be in the England squad for their friendly against Hungary on Wednesday night.

Now Paddy Power are asking which player will be next to officially quit England duty. Tottenham's Ledley King is the 11/4 favourite at the moment with Michael Owen next in the betting at 4/1. Owen's Manchester United team mate Gary Neville is 5/1 with former England skipper David Beckham available at 6/1.
