John Isner and Nicolas Mahut will resume their first round Wimbledon match at around 3.30pm today on court 18 with the score tied at an incredible 59-59 in the final set!
The match has been going on for more than 10 hours, making it easily the longest match of all time. The 5th set alone has been going for 7 hours. The previous longest match ever was between Fabrice Santoro and Arnaud Clement at the French Open in 2004, it lasted six hours 35 minutes.
Isner currently has 98 Aces with Mahut on 95 – the old record was 78.
