Skybet are offering a number of England 'specials' regarding their opening World Cup game against the USA on Saturday night… 

You can bet on what will be England's starting 11. At the moment the team of Green, A. Cole, Terry, King, Johnson, Gerrard, Lampard, Lennon, J. Cole, Crouch, Rooney is the 6/1 favourite to start against the Americans. The same outfield team but with David James in goal is available at 8/1.  

You can also bet on an individual player to start on Saturday night. Emile Heskey is the slight favourite to start alongside Wayne Rooney at 4/5 with Peter Crouch at Evens. According to Skybet it look's like Joe Cole has forced his way into the starting 11 - he's 1/4 to start on Saturday night.

England are 4/1 to be knocked out on penalties. England have been eliminated by penalties in 5 of their last 6 appearances at major tournaments.
