Skybet have cut their prices again on Wayne Rooney finishing as the Top Scorer in this season's Champions League. Before his double against AC Milan last night Rooney was a 14/1-shot to top the scorers chart. First he was cut to 7/2 but after further support came in for the red hot striker, Skybet have now cut his price to 9/4. 

Rooney currently has 4 goals in this season's competition, 3 goals behind the current leader Cristiano Ronaldo who has 7. Ronaldo remains the bookies' favourite to finish as Top Scorer at 10/11 but with him and his Real Madrid side playing no further part – they were knocked out by Lyon last night – his total could well be overtaken.

• Skybet are also offering 4/1 that Rooney breaks Cristiano Ronaldo's 42 goal haul from the 2007/8 season. Rooney has now got 30 goals in all competitions this season.
