Your money back if Man City win the Premier League

There are 17 days until the start of the new Premier League season and Stan James are offering to refund all losing outright 2010/11 Premier League winner bets (as a free bet up to £250) placed before the start of the season if Manchester City win the Premier League.  

Chelsea are the current favourites to win the Premier League at 13/8 with last season's runners-up Manchester United next in the betting at 11/4 - then come Manchester City at 5/1.

Stan James will be hoping to have a change of luck with this money back offer. Before the World Cup in South Africa they offered to refund all losing stakes on outright winner bets if Spain went on to win the trophy (which of course they did!).
